Age Restriction
This platform is intended for persons over 14 years of age. By using Expats-Moving, you declare that you meet the minimum age requirement or have authorization from parents or legal guardians.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Expats-Moving ("the Platform", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. Expats-Moving is a digital information and community platform for expatriates that facilitates the generation and publication of content, articles and resources, for personal and commercial use.
2. Age and Eligibility Requirements
This platform is intended for users over 14 years of age. By registering with Expats-Moving, you declare and warrant that: ▸ You are at least 14 years of age or have authorization from parents or legal guardians. ▸ You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts (or authorization where applicable). ▸ You are not legally prohibited from using our services. ▸ All information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.
3. Description of Services
Expats-Moving provides the following services: ▸ Content Generation: Creation of articles, guides and resources for expatriates using AI. ▸ Interactive Tools: Country comparison, cost of living, time zones and converters. ▸ Automatic Publishing: Deployment of content on external hosting (Expat). ▸ Community: Forums, messaging and connection between expatriates. ▸ Business Directory: Listing of services and companies for expatriates.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. It is your responsibility to: ▸ Provide accurate and up-to-date information. ▸ Maintain the security of your password. ▸ Immediately notify any unauthorized use. ▸ Not share your account with third parties. 4.2 Suspension and Cancellation We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund.
5. User Content
5.1 Content Ownership You retain all rights to the content you generate or publish on Expats-Moving. However, by publishing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the Platform. 5.2 Content Responsibility You are solely responsible for the content you publish. The following is strictly prohibited: ▸ Illegal, obscene or offensive content. ▸ Material that infringes copyright or intellectual property. ▸ False or misleading information. ▸ Harassment, threats or hate speech. ▸ Content that violates the privacy of third parties. 5.3 Moderation We reserve the right to review, moderate, remove or reject any content that violates these terms or that we consider inappropriate, without prior notice.
6. Transactions and Payments
6.1 Purchases All purchases made on the Platform (premium subscriptions, content publishing, etc.) are securely processed by certified external providers (Stripe). No refunds are issued except in exceptional circumstances determined by Expats-Moving. 6.2 AI Content Generation Generating articles and other content using AI requires prior payment of the service. Once the publishing process has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as it incurs processing costs with external providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights over the Platform, including design, code, logos, trademarks and Expats-Moving's own content, are the exclusive property of JESÚS MANUEL MARTÍN DE LOS SANTOS or its licensors. It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of our services without express written authorization.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
The use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. We recommend that you read it carefully. ▸ We collect and process data necessary to provide our services. ▸ Your data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. ▸ You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data.
9. Limitation of Liability
Expats-Moving is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expats-Moving shall not be liable for: ▸ Indirect, incidental or consequential damages. ▸ Loss of profits, data or reputation. ▸ Actions of third-party users of the Platform. ▸ Technical problems or system failures. ▸ Content generated by users through AI.
10. User Conduct
By using Expats-Moving, you agree to: ▸ Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. ▸ Respect the rights of other users. ▸ Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities. ▸ Not use bots, scripts or automated tools without authorization. ▸ Not impersonate other persons or entities.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute related to the use of Expats-Moving, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it in good faith through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
12. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes shall take effect immediately after their publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including: ▸ Violation of these Terms. ▸ Fraudulent or illegal activity. ▸ Request from competent authorities. ▸ Non-payment for contracted services.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Expats-Moving. 14.2 Severability If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 14.3 Assignment You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
